"I was in here with the intention of buying a shoei helmet and a dislike of bell helmets well long story short the amazing staff had me try on the bell star line which is Snell aproved and to me is just like a shoei I loved the helmet then. As they where looking around to see if they helemt could have the visor color switched they pointed out they had one that was a 2017 helemt that never sold and they would do 200 for me on it! It is a beautiful helemt they also ordered the mirror visor for me. I love this place beautiful helpful staff I can't thank them enough! "Absolutely fan-freaking-tastic!!! Very welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. I told them I was going through a midlife crisis, and I needed to buy my first bike at the ripe age of (almost) 40. I told Rickie what I was looking for and he showed me something similar, and made me feel comfortable. We had some good laughs and that’s what I like!! Then I sat down with Aaron explained what was going on and what I wanted. He worked with me and was very understanding! Very patient also. You know how sometimes you go to look at a car or a motorcycle and you have the dealership calling you every day or texting you every day… They didn’t do that. They gave me my time to think about what I wanted and make my decision. Which was great!! I went back in a few weeks later told him that I was putting a down payment on the 2024 R3. I am 100% grateful that Aaron was willing to go the extra mile to get me what I wanted. After about 10 days, I came in to make the rest of the payment, and as I was signing the paperwork, the truck pulls in with my bike on it. They put it on the rack did everything they had to do, in that same day I came back and picked it up. Thanks fellas for giving me a very wonderful experience for my first motorcycle purchase.
